    For many years, research has shown that aphasic patients who receive language therapy have experienced an improvement in their overall functional communication. However, technology has evolved and improved significantly over the past decade. It has created many avenues for efficiency in daily tasks. This has led many therapists to consider a computerized therapeutic approach for aphasic patients. The effectiveness of using various types of computerized therapeutic approaches will be examined throughout this article. Patients with severe chronic aphasia are often nonverbal. These patients use gestures to communicate. Most computer resources available to patients with aphasia are either spoken or written language based. This could be due to the lack of technological advancements in motion recognition. But everything has changed and the “Management” tool has been developed.
