The Passage obviously takes time to take its place. Things change and sometimes they are good and bad. The good thing is that children mature and experience life; we look back a month ago and not much has changed, if we looked back a year or two ago a lot has changed. A bad change could be something you don't want, like moving somewhere else, changing classes, or having a loved one transition. But at the same time, people will have to undergo changes; we are born to die. Bodies are, as are minds, but do minds become wiser or just older? I think with age comes wisdom and experience, which is probably why our grandparents and parents know so much more than us teenagers. With the passage comes a new trend. For example, a year ago in November the iPhone 5 was released and everyone quickly bought one because it was immediately popular. Now people buy droids and such. This is how I feel about toothbrushes in the TV commercials I see, dentists recommend a new toothbrush so I feel the need to buy it, then once I buy it, a new and improved comes out, it's a never ending cycle. One thing that has disappeared that many people are well aware of is the community pool that has been around for who knows when. However, there is now a new and improved swimming pool not far away, but we older children who grew up there now see the destruction of where it once stood and mourn all the memories. I didn't really like this pool, there are some very good memories in this pile of debris. It would always be such a relief to enter the building in winter due to its heat and humidity. No matter where you walked or went in the building, there was always... middle of paper ... this is where the competitions are, this is where these shark infested waters are that I spoke. In conclusion, the swimming pool has definitely left its mark and its memory on the town of Worland. I will never forget the memories I had there and the matchmaking classes that took place there.
