There is a formal process as well as many informal processes, there are groups, committees and various branches of government which all have great influence on the process legislation, which makes it very difficult to turn an idea into law. Not only are there many different processes, but there are also a large amount of ideas submitted that are all likely to become law. This process is not only difficult for the citizens or representatives submitting them, but it is also very difficult and time-consuming. the U.S. House of Representatives, Senate, Committee, and President, all of whom must consider, revise, and vote on these bills to become laws. The fate of the laws that we must respect is in their hands, which sufficiently contributes to the difficulty of this task. The laws that pass and those that don't pass decipher the choices we must make legally every day, making the legislative process one of the most important things government has to do. I learned that while turning your idea into law is not an easy process and the percentage of bills actually becoming law is very small, it is possible and is a great way to gain knowledge not only on the legislative process, but also on the branches of government as well as interest groups, and all the other factors that come into play during this period.
