Derrick WingMrs. SpanosEnglish March 211, 2014Students say school is boringHave you ever been bored at school? People's problem is that students get bored at school and end up dropping out. About 30 percent of students report that they are bored due to lack of interaction with teachers and 75 percent report that the material taught is not interesting. The causes of boredom are that there are not many teachers to help, not many interesting lessons, and students think the lessons are irreverent. The effects of boredom are that students fail classes, drop out of school, distract other students so they don't learn, and skip school because they don't don't want to be there. The solution to this problem is to make classes more exciting, talk about the importance of the things you learn in school for work, give students breaks, do more hands-on work, and work more in group in class. The first solution to being bored at school is to make classes more exciting. To make it more interesting, teachers should not talk all the time and work quietly all the time. Teachers have gotten to know what students like to get them to listen. If teachers make them listen, they don't get bored. Teachers should play more games involving made up education because if students are having fun they will not be bored and they will remember what they were learning and students will have fun than teachers will have fun Also. This will work because the purpose of this essay is to avoid getting bored in school. Another reason this will work is that the more fun the students have, the better it is to teach them what you need to teach them during the class period. This solution...... middle of paper ...... teachers use these solutions, they should help with the bored part of schools and help improve grades. Once again, these are the solutions to being bored at school. Make classes more exciting, explain how the things you learn in school are important for the job, give students breaks, and do more hands-on work. If you want to prevent students from getting bored, you need to use these solutions to combat boredom. Works Cited “Blogging through the fourth dimension”. Blogging through the Fourth Dimension.
