However, if rich countries provide poor countries with adequate education, accessible medicines and basic technologies, the citizens of these countries will begin to benefit from the government and society as a whole – they will be healthy and educated enough to work, and moreover, they will have the devices (technologies) necessary for productive work. And this is how the continued economic growth of poor countries will be achieved, and this will be the merit of rich nations.
