Communication is useful to study because being able to communicate effectively is an important skill to have. Communication is an important process of transferring information (Fiske, J, 2010, p. 3). The most important elements of communication are: the sender, the recipient, a message and the feedback. Firstly the sender, which is the person or entity sending a message containing information. The recipient receives the message from the sender. After receiving the message, it tries to encode the message and prepares an appropriate response called feedback (Fiske, J, 2010, p. 1-5). The ability to communicate well in all areas is very important, whether in social situations, in a work environment or through distance learning. Effective communication helps us better understand a person or situation and allows us to resolve disagreements, build trust and respect, including creating environments where creative ideas, problem solving, affection and benevolence can flourish (Dainton, M. and Zelley, 2011, pp. 1-5). Communication may seem like a simple process to learn, but applying it in real life is difficult to do, because most of what we try to communicate to others and what others try to communicate to us is usually misunderstood, causing personal and personal conflicts and frustrations. professional relations (Effective Communications, 2013, p. 1-5). Without effective communications, we would not be able to maintain lasting relationships. Finally, studying communication also helps us become better people because it allows us to think critically about situations by analyzing facts and get the best possible outcome from a problem (Dainton, M., & Zelley, 2011 ,p.. 1-12).
