    IntroductionE-learningAccording to Wikipedia, “e-learning is the use of electronic media and information and communication technologies ( ICT) in education”. It includes all types of educational technologies in learning and teaching, which are generally the same as multimedia learning, technology-enhanced learning (TEL), computer-based instruction (CBI), computer-based training (CBT), computer-assisted teaching. or computer-assisted instruction (CAI), Internet-based training (IBT), web-based training (WBT), online education, virtual education, virtual learning environments (VLE) (also known as learning platforms), m- learning, and digital educational collaboration [1]. Online learning uses different types of media that can provide text, images, audio, animation, and streaming video. Additionally, technological applications and processes such as audio or video tapes, CD-ROMs, computer-based learning, and web-based learning are also examples of e-learning. Nowadays, the commonly used devices in online learning are computers, tablets, mobile devices, and interactive whiteboards.BackgroundIn 2010, the Hong Kong Education Bureau introduced online learning into schools, as part of the online learning in schools pilot program. The aim of the project is to establish a pilot project to study how e-learning should be implemented in different school and curriculum contexts in Hong Kong, in order to enhance learning through the use of media electronic. For complete coverage of the commitment to a key stage of schooling, the program must extend over three school years [2]. After the selection process, a total of 61 schools will be involved in 21 selected projects.
