Not everyone can be selected to become one, but everyone has the potential to become one once leadership skills are applied. To be qualified, one must possess and demonstrate certain leadership skills to become a valuable facility supervisor. Leadership traits that a facility supervisor should have are inspiring everyone, providing guidance/feedback to his staff as well as accepting criticism from higher authorities, appreciating excellent work efforts of staff, increase positivity and motivation to complete tasks, know how to plan and strategize to complete required tasks, use strong problem-solving and communication skills and have limited authority over staff.
