NSA leaders and workers should be heavily punished for millions of violations of the Bill of Rights and misuse of taxpayer dollars. Although this figure is not accurate, as it cannot be due to the secretive nature of the NSA, the source is most likely close. In other words, the NSA is draining twenty billion dollars from American taxpayers for the benefit of American taxpayers. NSA Deputy Director John C. Inglis admitted that the NSA is authorized to conduct a "three-hop analysis," meaning that if an American is someone's friend, who is the friend of someone, who has a potential Egyptian terrorist on their Facebook friends list, the NSA is also investigating the entire American.
