This organization is one of the leading non-profit organizations that focuses on providing health services and coverage to patients (Bannerhealth.com). They are the national leader in innovation to strengthen patient care. Banner Health is focused on continually improving patient outcomes and services. This is about ensuring that communities have access to quality health services, to improve their living conditions. This health organization does everything possible to ensure that patients receive the highest quality and safe care. This shows that this organization will make every effort to meet the health needs of people in the upcoming health system Banner has developed a plan to help front-line managers with staff planning, scheduling and decision support for deal with personnel problems.
