Essay / Steve Jobs: A Visionary Form of Leadership - 1047
One of the ways he developed as a person was through his self-knowledge. At first, he was unaware of his true abilities. Sometimes he was held back and didn't bring out the best in himself. However, as his life evolved, he transformed into a completely different person. He knew himself much better than before and was able to get the best out of himself. I believe this is the most important element of his success, because if he had not been able to grow and know himself well enough as a person, he would not have been able to push the limits that he has in his career. Trust is one of the most important aspects in the business world. If your team doesn't trust each other, they won't be able to resolve most issues that arise. Unlike an untrustworthy team, a team that trusts each other will be able to resolve most problems that arise because they all work as one unit. Jobs was able to bring his company together by building trust. It all started with him being open to criticism and creating a team atmosphere that only cared about getting the best product available on the market.
