    How does lifestyle influence students' eating habits? Do different lifestyles affect students' eating habits? Consumption of a healthy diet, weight control and general well-being are becoming increasingly important in the daily lives of students. (Jackson, Berry and Kennedy, 2009). A healthy diet low in saturated fat and high in plant foods has the benefits of increased longevity and a lower percentage of chronic diseases. (Papadaki, Hondros, Scott and Kapsokefalou, 2007). In general, some of the lifestyle and eating habits begin early in student life. Once students leave the comfort of their parents and change their living conditions, it will affect outcomes in food choices, nutritional intake, and physical activity habits. Poor eating habits translate into increased risks of several chronic diseases, leading to more stress and weight gain. (Driskell, Kim and Goebel, 2005). Students who suffer from stress due to too much workload related to attending classes do not pay any attention to their eating habits and, for this reason, they are more inclined to access fast food than others. the price of healthy foods is higher. Some research has illustrated the lifestyle of students, including time spent on campus, studying and working, participation in additional activities, and living conditions. (Jackson et al., 2009).
