Beyond my mother who dressed me as an army soldier and played war games on my Xbox or computer, I belonged to the Boy Scouts is where I really think my passion for serving my country began to show. I spent many hours volunteering, camping, and learning how to survive as a young man. I earned my Eagle Scout at the age of fifteen and, while continuing to follow the Boy Scout motto: "Upon my honor, I will do my best to do my duty to God and country and obey the scout law; help others at any time; to stay physically strong, mentally alert and morally upright. I will take what I learned with me into the next chapter of my life in the United States.
