This report covers human experiments carried out by various governments over several decades. Governments involved include, but are not limited to, the Nazis, the Soviets, and even the United States. Some of these experiments that were tested on these people were very disgusting and extremely cruel. The Nazis carried out some of the most horrific experiments ever. At Auschwitz, under the leadership of Dr. Eduard Wirths, inmates were selected for certain experiments intended to help the Germans. The Nazis conducted an experiment on twins in the camp to see if eugenics and genetics affected their moods and/or attitudes. The leader of this experiment was Dr. Josef Mengele. He performed more than 1,500 of these experiments on imprisoned twins, but this experiment had its ups and downs as only fewer than 200 twins survived the study. The Luftwaffe conducted an experiment on how to treat hypothermia in the early 1940s. The way they conducted the experiment was to fill a tank full of ice and water; they put the victim there for up to three hours. From July 1942 to September 1943, some experiments were reported to have caused quite serious injuries to the subjects whose victims were infected with things like streptococcus, gas gangrene, and tetanus. The Nazis are a group that doesn't care about anyone but themselves. There was a unit called Unit 731 hired by Commander Shiro Ishii and a few others under his command. The Nazis deliberately infected prisoners with syphilis and gonorrhea via rape. The Soviets tested several deadly poisons on gulag prisoners such as mustard gas, ricin, digitoxin and several others. The Soviets wanted and tried to find a tasteless and...... middle of paper that has changed a lot in the last ten years, let alone in the last 70 years, but there is no explanation on why they I just kept "testing" it on so many other people and it may have been an experiment but it was a failed experiment but a good thing is that there is not a single file existing on the project (MK-ULTRA). The government has made some disturbing things of the past and I wonder what our government really is. The real reason I wonder is that the drugs (LSD) and (MK-ULTRA) were experimented with less than 70 years ago. Honestly, I don't understand why the government did this; there is no real reason why anyone should have to experience this, it would be something I would never want to experience in my life and I don't think any other human being should be forced to either.
