I need to develop self-esteem, which can lead me to self-confidence. As President Obama's famous political slogan, I would adopt my own that "Yes, I can." Developing skills for business leadership is one of the modules I am following in my master's program. Personally, I consider it to be an interesting module, which helped me identify my problems and know the best ways to solve them in order to be ready to face the global competitive market. Following the knowledge gained from this module, I applied SWOT analysis on myself as explained by Porter (1980). This helped me understand my strengths and weaknesses and also identify them in an open opportunity as a HR professional. CONCLUSION Williams, Woolliams and Spiro (2012 p5) state that reflective writing is new to most students. I felt they were right because I had never thought of or written a reflective essay until I was asked to write this assignment. It's a new idea, which made it difficult for me, but as I thought about it, I realized how important it is to be a thoughtful thinker.
