The McDonald's family emigrated to the United States in the late 1930s. The head of the McDonald's family, Mr. Patrick McDonald, established his food court called "The Airdrome", a special name for hot dogs. McDonald's business is slowly growing and adding drinks and more burgers. After slowly growing their business, they are planning to move their business to large buildings with good food and resource facilities. In the 1940s, the food company was named "McDonald's". After analyzing the searches, they discovered that the most popular, acceptable and profitable item on the menu was the hamburger. That's why McDonald's company focuses more on hamburgers and eliminates other foods. Along with this, McDonald's Bar B Que is renamed to McDonald's only. In this way, McDonald's has become one of the largest food courts in the world and its past is very popular and rich. McDonald's is the only restaurant in the world that starts its franchise business based on the culture of the region and has a restaurant all over the world. In California alone, they have over 47 million customers. This shows the popularity of their business among the people. Along with this, they offer a quality product at a cheap price, which allows them to create opportunities, values and rations in the market and then others. Some of the strengths and opportunities created by the changes in the business are: Firstly, they created their business to attract the customer who arrives from the plane-bus with the simple and common menu. When the number of customers and air buses increase, their sales increase and the demand for the hamburger is high, so they mainly focus on Hamburger products. And then, they started doing business in their own building and renamed the company “McDonald’s” with the expansion of their business. In the United States, it was at this time that McDonald's began doing business under the franchise concept. It thus becomes one of the largest companies in the food chain sector. The company focuses more on customer satisfaction regarding its product without compromising on the quality of food and customer service. They comparatively changed their strategy and made the decision to run a marketing campaign to attract as many people as possible.
