Do you think exam-oriented education is a barrier to talent training? What can exam-focused education help students learn? What can we do? In my opinion, although exam-oriented education helps students acquire knowledge from others, it hinders talent training by forcing students to study for exams, reducing the time they have to face society and slowing the development of self-learning ability. Exam-oriented education hinders talent development by forcing students to be busy studying for exams. In China, students are pushed to learn many things that they don't even know the use of. Some students work hard blindly just to pass exams to garner praise from their parents and admiration from classmates, which makes them think that they are just studying for exams and working hard for vanity.
