It will say a lot about a person or their emotions towards something without even saying a word. When a person is in a leadership position, they must communicate effectively with the people they work with, as well as the people they are trying to help. A leader must stand for something. As stated in an article I was reading, it stated that “a person in a leadership position has clear, strong values, and the way they communicate promotes those values.” (Froshheiser, 2015) » I sincerely believe that. Great leaders have started to gain followers who hold the same values. When working in a team in the workplace, having someone superior to you who is effective in communication and leadership is a very grateful person who works well with others and strengthens their team. Being a great leader is someone who is willing to help others develop their skills to improve themselves. Much of the effectiveness
