It enables the individual to achieve their desires and aspirations. I suppose Christian coaching refers to the art of working with individuals in moving them from where they currently are to the position God wants them to be in. I suspect that many people need a Christian coach because of a desire to broaden their vision of their future, encourage their spiritual journey, and gain confidence about life. I support the author's position that coaching is very different from consulting. In counseling, one has to go through some difficult moments or challenges, which has a negative impact on the psychology of the individual. On the other hand, I understand that Christian coaching is voluntary because one desires to leave the action he has done or the position he has held in life, and must be transformed according to God's desire . The book sufficiently demonstrates what makes an individual a good coach, what their skills should look like and how a coaching relationship is established.
