I was bullied at one point in school, so I know how I feel. Anyway, I intervened immediately and told them they shouldn't be doing this and demanded that they stop because it's not the right thing to do and the way you should treat people. They eventually stopped and did not bully the child again in the future, as far as I know. This is how I feel if I see others mistreating someone else. I will step in and make sure that changes. This is something I will do forever because I really believe in the Golden Rule. As a result, the main thing I expect from my people is simply to be kind and caring to others and to have a passion for what we do and have
