    WHY DO COMPANIES NEED ETHICAL HACKERS? Rapid technological change has brought with it a number of problems. One of the issues this has raised is the increase in cybercrime carried out by black hats. Black hats target almost everyone, but we'll primarily focus on attacks that occur within organizations. Hackers are taking advantage of the fact that more and more organizations are turning to the Internet to interact with their customers, causing the amount of critical data flowing through systems to increase more quickly. The more information exchanged via technology, the more businesses are at risk of falling victim to such attacks. Lack of awareness about data security is contributing to the rapid increase in successful attacks carried out by people known as hackers. Black hat hackers, also known as crackers, are people who typically carry out planned attacks designed to steal critical information and destroy data. They gain unauthorized access to systems with the intention of causing malicious damage. Hackers do what they do: - To show the extent of their knowledge - For the thrill and excitement - To achieve the same thing - Curiosity - For financial gain - An intellectual challenge Hackers are the En as intellectual beings, they manipulate and circumvent security systems without being detected by organizations. Organizations rarely notice a security breach, which shows how smart hackers really are. Why do businesses continue to fall victim to such attacks?
