It’s also not something you can achieve just by working hard. My personal view on success is quite similar to Gladwell's. I feel like he understands perfectly how success is achieved. I think success has a lot to do with where a person comes from, when they were born, what their values are, and what resources they have. For example, I believe my close relative Kevin is considered successful. Kevin had been playing football since he could run. He was one of the best quarterbacks in the state of Pennsylvania and broke numerous records at Kutztown University. That's not all, he also earned a master's degree in law and is today a spectacular and respected lawyer. Not only has he worked hard to become the person he is today, but he has so much more to offer. Kevin is a perfect six feet and one inch tall and was born on February 6th. He comes from a wealthy Christian-Catholic family. He lived next to a high school football field and a few blocks from a library. He had many opportunities to hone his football skills and study at the community library. He maintained excellent grades and definitely passed the ten thousand hour mark. Kevin was truly passionate about football, training hard both during and outside of official training. Later in his school career, he discovered a love for the law, and I believe the work he has done to get to where he is today has truly been
