    Drug trafficking is the terminology used to deal with the production, cultivation, distribution and sale of drugs illicitly, in violation of laws that prohibit the use of drugs such as cocaine, marijuana, alcohol, heroin, etc. The spread of crime and violence due to the growing influence of the pharmaceutical industry and international drug trafficking and its impact on citizens' economic opportunities and geopolitical stability around the world has become a central and important issue of geopolitical science. Over the past decade, this illegal international drug trade has occupied almost 1% of global trade, with more than $1.3 trillion being exchanged in 2009.1 Illegal trade, economic instability, deterioration of life human, geopolitical instability and the increasing dominance of crime and violence proliferated by drug trafficking encourages transnational organized crime across borders and poses a threat to mental health, morality, human harmony and democratic values ​​of our society and must therefore be addressed proactively in collaboration with IGOs ​​and NGOs. by implementing severe strategies to reduce its impact on society. This article aims to analyze the causes of the increase and prevalence of drugs in the international market, the consumption of different types of drugs and their consequences on the younger generation from the point of view of health, social, economic perspective and psychological. He explains how various IGOs ​​and NGOs have addressed this problem with all possible efforts, but drug trafficking continues to persist despite their contribution.
