    IntroductionThis research plan focuses on the causes of eating disorders in adolescents. Environmental and personal factors play an important role in determining eating habits and should be examined to understand how they are or are not related to eating disorders. By doing so, it will also be possible to determine the significance of this research and apply it to the modern context.Literature ReviewIntroductionRecent studies have shown that eating disorders, called eating disorders, are gradually taking on a great importance in the modern world. It might be better to determine the causes of dysfunctional disorders in general and then determine the type of dysfunctional disorders they lead to as a result. Several reasons have been put forward as causes of dysfunctional disorders, and these can be broadly classified into biological, social, environmental, and psychological. Biologically there is perhaps heredity and, with respect to environmental issues, familial inadequacy and peer pressure to conform to a certain image. This in turn may be linked to the social aspect, mainly with popular figures seen as "role models" by adolescents, leading to dissatisfaction with physical appearance. Environmental problems would include aspects such as depression due to family problems and peer pressure regarding appearance. adolescents and, using this as a backdrop, mark the connections, or discrepancies, that progress into what are called eating disorders.
