Meditation “Meditation consists of seeking nothingness. It's like the ultimate rest. It's better than the best sleep you've ever had. It is a calming of the mind. It sharpens everything, especially your appreciation of your surroundings. It keeps life fresh” (Jackman). Meditation does not cure all mental problems – it is not a cure – but it does help improve what many suffer from. But what exactly is meditation? Meditation is the process of relaxing your body and calming your mind. There are many ways to meditate, but it can be as simple as sitting in a quiet room with your eyes closed and focusing on your breathing, leaving your mind blank and empty. This process may only take twenty minutes. Its origin is really uncertain or uncertain, but research indicates that meditation was commonly used in the early centuries, mainly in Asian countries, such as Japan, China, and India. Although they have a long history of using meditation, it can be said that meditation has spread throughout the world and become universal. It is seen in all countries and has been used for centuries. The differences between the use of meditation in different countries start with the way they meditate, that is, their styles and techniques. In meditation, your cultural background, religion and faith do not matter, the goal or result is the same. Meditation helps us all explore our minds, whether unconscious or conscious. We learn so many aspects of our lives that we sometimes forget. Today we live differently than before; we can truly say that we live a fast or hectic life. We often rush, stress, and worry about various things, things that prevent our minds from thinking accordingly.
