First of all, traveling to Tre Editions gave me an insight into the system of a publishing house. In addition, I was able to follow many preparation steps before becoming a translator. Second, Mantu and Fosco gave me the opportunity to explore a new field: human resources. These two countries provide a good international environment for personal development and learning from others. In addition, participating in the workshops is for me a way to imagine the current job market, events and departments of a company, which is a more effective way of learning than studying at school or at the university. During Mantu's company visit, I gained a large amount of knowledge on how to create a CV and how to highlight it to gain the impression of recruiters.
