To further illustrate, personal discomfort has largely affected individual departments in a diverse environment, causing harm to the host organization. This scenario has also challenged the curation of art museums, where people of color have been segregated into particular institutions, different from their Caucasian counterparts in the United States (Simpson, 2015). This article focuses on some rationales regarding both minority and Caucasian individuals and varied interests for art museums.
