With perhaps the largest contiguous empire, the conquered lands covered most of Eurasia. Led by a ruthless leader, the nomads of northern China managed to achieve much more than increasing influence and size. This leader, Genghis Khan, arguably one of the most influential leaders since human existence, was famous for his fierce brutality in his war tactics. However, some of the most astonishing achievements were its ability to foster unity among a multitude of different cultural groups. , forms its own version of government and stimulates economic and commercial exchanges. The militarized strategies that commonly occurred between various conquests were the result of personal experience and a nurturing aspect from the environment.
