In today's society, few books or songs describe the true value of human relationships. Most popular songs and books are about partying and doing things that make us forget morals. By showing that friendship can ease a person's sorrows, that love can and should be immortalized and that the marriage between two individuals can be strong. and it's true, Shakespeare's sonnets 55, 30 and 116 truly explain the real value of human relationships. In most of Shakespeare's sonnets, he seems to be writing about his insecurities in relationships or his own self-esteem. However, in sonnet 55, Shakespeare expresses enormous confidence in his relationship by showing how much he appreciates their love. This statement says that until the day of his judgment, when they are lifted up to heaven, they will live in this poem and in the eyes of those who read it. This sonnet truly expresses the true meaning of friendship as he tells his friends that he wants to keep their memory alive forever.
