There are more drug dealers in this country than dentists. Illegal drug abuse must stop; this harms our society, us and, above all, the user. Addicts are parasites who feed on society's money, taxes and insurance. All types of insurance increase due to drug abuse, including auto, health, and home insurance. Worse yet, crime rates will explode if we allow this behavior to continue. Illegal drugs and their addicts are a scourge on society for many different reasons. Drugs have very harmful effects on the user and the people they interact with. The user is affected in many ways. The most popular drug in the United States, alcohol, is generally considered socially acceptable and relatively harmless. But it can have devastating effects.
