Because it leads to an unsafe community and seriously affects the economy. The responsibility of countries in this problem is enormous and it will take a long time to resolve this problem. It is impossible to have an unemployment rate of 0%, because most "economists say that there will always be some frictional unemployment representing perhaps 2 to 3% of the working population" [12], but the reducing as much as possible is the goal of countries. . The problem of unemployment could be brought under control by establishing a good plan including a planned fiscal policy and reducing employment taxes which will increase the need for labor, support the public and private sectors… Yet the solution mainly lies in the education and knowledge of young people, because it is the only solution that achieves a remarkable improvement. A billion spent on hiring teachers adds $1.3 billion to the economy. Indeed, more educated people can get better paid jobs. They can buy more things because of the higher wages they earn. Every billion too
