Men's Mirror - A Logical ConclusionKluckhohn explains the differences and similarities between the people of the world as a culture. Culture, in this case, covers a variety of areas. To begin with, culture is how a person was raised. Moreover, these are the values that a person has learned. Finally, culture is linked to human biological needs. The habits a person learns when they are young will influence the rest of their life. Societies tend to have distinct habits by which their inhabitants live. First, education is an example. To explain, in some parts of the world, children are sent to school until the age of 18 and in others, they are never in school. Second, what people eat is part of their culture. In Italy, people eat pasta, while in Israel, people eat falafel. Finally, a person's clothing is influenced by the society in which they live. To explain further, in the United States, women wear everything from dresses to pants, but currently in Iran, women only wear dresses and have to wear a veil to cover their face. Some societies have values that influence their inhabitants. Different civilizations have distinct social values. First, marriages are treated differently. In the United States, most women believe that polygamy by a man is not acceptable. Women are jealous and what's more it's illegal. On the other hand, a woman from Koryak, Siberia, would not understand how a woman can be so selfish and so unwilling towards another woman in the house that she wishes to limit her husband to only one companion. Some countries also have a religion, others do not. For example, in the USSR, atheism is the path of the state; in many Middle Eastern countries, Mohammed is revered and the Quran is a holy book. Third, intolerance is not something people are born with, but rather something they are taught. Little children play with anyone, regardless of color, gender or religion. Unfortunately, adults become jealous or dislike a person and instead of hating the individual, they will dislike their race, religion, gender, or anything else they can find to despise. Adults will then teach children their beliefs and hatred will become an endless chain. The similarities are demonstrated by the fact that humans have biological functions that cannot be ignored. Men of all societies cannot ignore nature. To begin with, all men have the same life cycle. This cycle is that all men are born and eventually die..
