The indicators of an effective program that my program will align with are: children are active and engaged and the program builds on learning and experiences previous ones. Through the use of hands-on activities, physical education and relevant materials, students will be able to be active and engaged during their time in my program. Through various means of communication with parents and collaboration with other educators, the children in my program will be able to build on previous learning and experiences. Taking what they know and what they have recently learned and building on this will ensure that children fully understand the concepts and understand what they are.
