I would attend school pep rallies, football games, join the school powerlifting club, and school dances like homecoming and the prom. Although these annual school events were fun and memorable, volunteering for community service hours has a special connection with me. It helped me realize my passion for helping people in a social and physical way. This passion accompanied by my hobby of playing sports led me to pursue a career as a physiotherapist. Overall, the experiences and lessons I adopted at American Canyon High School have truly changed my life, and I am grateful for them every day. Today, as a college student, I use my past lessons and experiences to pursue my bright future. Right now, my current priority is to transfer to San Diego State University and obtain my bachelor's degree in "Kinesiology with an Emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy". Once that is done, I will need to study three more years at a graduate school of physical therapy, preferably at the University of California, San Francisco.
