To be an effective leader, it is essential to be able to determine when to take on a leadership role or when a follow-up role is more appropriate. As with leadership, it is essential to be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses that I possess within the group in order to achieve the group's goals and objectives. One of the strengths I have in following is loyalty if there is a common goal. I put the goal first rather than the leader, but I look to the leader for guidance on how best to achieve our goal. This role in monitoring can be attributed to understanding my goal and practicing my
